Pick the one that fits
Three routes, because there are three reasons to write, and two of them are the same person on a different day.
You run a restaurant
The fastest route is the pilot application. It asks the six things we would otherwise ask you on the call, so the call can be about your menu instead.
You are already running it
Message the number for your region. It lands on a phone rather than in a ticketing system, and out of hours it still lands on a phone.
Anything else
Press, partnerships, or a question that fits neither of the above. Email is best for those and it gets read the same day.
